Defect Job
It is now possible to create defects as Finalized.
When creating a job, you can choose for it to be a defect.
You can create defects even when you only have the "Create one-time job" user permission.
It is now possible to create a defect directly from the Logbook Event and Job Request screens.
A checkbox is available to indicate whether a job is a defect or not, so it can be adjusted after creation.
If a Job Group is required on a job, and you create a defect while having set a Job Group in Options, there is no longer an empty row that needs to be removed.
Job Request
If you filled out a Job Request with a field to upload images, it was not possible to add multiple images from a phone. Is corrected.
Dropdown menus and Email fields were not displayed at full screen width. Is corrected.
Date macro in Job Request mails did not show the correct date. Is corrected.
Job
With "Trigger required" on a job, it was previously not possible to delete the last trigger. Is corrected so that all triggers can now be deleted, but you cannot save until at least one trigger has been created.
If a job was copied in Tree Structure, the Triggers was not copied along. Is corrected.
Main Job no. and name is now prefilled when creating a related job - also in the job list and the tree structure.
Trigger list will now have a scroll if there are more triggers than can be seen on screen.
Procurement
It was possible to create Purchase Orders with positions having the same Position No. Is corrected.
Other corrections
Summarized fields on Dashboard reported an error if the Analytics Report did not have any rows with values. Is corrected.
It was not always keyboard shortcuts reacted, before you pressed Escape. Is corrected.
Base Data fields with dependencies was not shown/hidden correctly when navigating in the Tree structure.

Keyboard shortcuts
There is now support for using the keyboard to select different commands.
The general shortcuts only work on screens with the new toolbar. Currently, this applies to Job, Job History, and Purchase Order.

Defect Jobs
A screen has been added to report Defects.
In Options, you can specify a job group that is always assigned to Defect Jobs.
From the Component screen it is easy to register a Defect Job.
Defect Jobs are just regular jobs, but with a default job group and a Run Once frequency.
Information on whether or not a Job is a Defect Job is added to the Job Analytics Template.
Job
A new User Right, Create Run Once Job, has been added. Users can now have the right to edit only Run Once jobs – not scheduled maintenance.
Creation of a Job from a Logbook Event took long time. Is corrected.
Job Request
Job Requests with fields to upload files sent two mails on creation. Is corrected.
Job list
When zooming out on the Map Job list, it is now visually indicated if a cluster includes an overdue job.
Components
When creating a component in the tree structure and editing it, an error would appear stating that the Component no. was already in use. Is corrected.
When editing Components in the tree structure, an error would sometimes appear stating that fields were required. Is corrected.
After marking a Component as critical in the tree structure, it appeared as though all Components were critical. Is corrected.
Toolbar
The new toolbar has been introduced on the Component, Job, and Job History screens.
Analytics
For large datasets in Analytics, users could be logged out while waiting for a response. Is corrected.
On the Analytics Report screen, users could not save reports that were not shared with them. Is corrected.
Azure AD Login
In some cases, sites would register a lot of failed logins if they were running i.e. over a weekend. Is corrected.
Forms
Info Text with Box fields did not show the text inside the box. Is corrected.
Site Management
On the user overview, it could appear as a user had access to a site even though the access was no longer granted.
Other corrections
Sites was sometimes very slow when entering text in text fields. Is corrected.
Input fields with multiple lines did not count line changes correct, which could lead to errors. Is corrected.
Date fields was sometimes formatted in wrong locale. Is corrected.
Currency rate was not updated when a new rate was added in the reference grid.
The Purchase Order screen could fail with an error stating the delivery date was not set, even though it shouldn't have. Is corrected.

Analytics
It is now possible to edit subscriptions directly from the Analytics Report screen.
When selecting the "From List" filter in Analytics a spinner is now shown while data is retrieved.

Keyboard navigation
It is now possible to use arrow up/down and space to select in search dialogs.
Write in search field, enter, down, space, tab and enter and then the first record is selected as a reference.
Mobile Layout
It is now possible to see previous Job Histories from the Job and Component screen.

QR scanner is improved for better search results.

Procurement
It is now possible to set Minimum Order Quantity and Pack size on a supplier for an Item.
It is being used to easier set the correct quantity on new Purchase Orders
New toolbar concept on the Purchase Order screen.
As we add more and more features to the various screens, we have introduced a new toolbar that should make it easier and more consistent to find the functions you need.
The new toolbar will be implemented on the remaining screens during the fall.
If currency is changed on a Purchase Order, you will be asked if prices on positions should be updated.
It has been made clearer what status a Purchase Order is in.
Analytics
New functionality on Analytics report to only show unique rows.
Item Group No and Name added to List Of Items Analytics Template.
Analytics centred multi line text, which sometimes caused that no text was visible. Is corrected, now the first line is always on top.

Graphs will only show decimals in data labels if configured on the dashboard content.

You can configure the format of a field under Edit Dashboard Content -> Data Field -> Right click the field -> Click "Field Settings" -> Change "Format" to "Decimal (n2)"

Base data module now allows you to add user defined fields on Items.

The previous "Perform a sum of <Field>" option has been replaced by a new "Aggregation Type" dropdown.
It is now possible to use the following aggregation functions Count, Sum, Average, Minimum, Maximum.

Logbook Events
It is now possible to create, fill and edit Logbook events in mobile layout.
Sometimes creation of a job from a Logbook Event failed with message of not being a main job. Is corrected.
Dashboard
If a date filter field was added to the Dashboard Content, the filter on the date was ignored until it was set on the dashboard. It now works as intended, so the date filter from the Analytics report is used by default until a manual filter is set on the dashboard.
Colorization of Pie charts didn't work. Is corrected.

Attention fields on Supplier and Delivery Place on Purchase Order could not always look up contacts. Is corrected.
Mobile layout
QR scanning of Item labels that wasn't generated by INEXTIA didn't work. Is corrected.

The area with error messages has been redesigned so it is easier to read the text.

If you made a fast navigation to and away from dashboard, sometimes a forbidden page was shown. Is corrected.
It is now possible to use different chart types for each series on dashboard graphs.
It is now possible to set chart type to a dashed line or with symbols.

Mobil Layout
In Mobile layout the process of filling out forms has been improved, so you don't accidently close the form without saving.
The Cancel button in the dialog to attach images to a job did nothing. Is correct, so now there are no changes if you press Cancel.
Some reference grids in Mobile layout was broken. Is corrected.
Other corrections
The button "Show Warehouse History" from the Item screen have been moved to the specific Warehouse reference in the grid.

The Form Designer could become very slow if working with forms with many fields and pages. Is improved.

In mobile layout, it is now always possible to push Submit/Approve button. If the form is invalid an error message is displayed in top of the screen.

Keyboard navigation
Improved navigation in grids when using keyboard.
Tab can be used to set focus on buttons and links, and enter will executed the action.
If you don't have focus on a link or button, then enter still changes to next row.
Space selects the active row.
Dropdowns in grids could loose focus if arrow keys or enter was used to choose.
It was not always possible to get focus on the search dialog button in reference grids if the keyboard was used.
Site Management
When adding a user to a site in Site Management, sometimes you would get an error in the first period after the user was added. Is corrected.
Excel Import
When creating base data fields, it was possible to name a field so it wouldn't work in Excel Import. Is corrected.
Other corrections
Improved error handing in Options, fields are translated correctly, and you can click on them.
It was possible on some screens to get duplicate data created if a button was clicked rapidly. Is corrected.
It was not possible to create or update items because of a problem with user rights for currency. Is corrected.

Base Data module now also enables the possibility to add your own fields to the Document screen.

New INEXTIA App in the new year
A new INEXTIA app will be released soon.
This is a technology upgrade and will not include any changes of the functionality.
A notification will appear in the current app when the new one will be available for download.
The new app will need to be set up again.
The settings should be the same as in the old app and you can export them easily and import them again in the new app.
Forms
It is now possible to insert an info image in a Form Template, as a help to understand the form.
Document
It is now possible to add a revision remark when checking a new file in on a document.
Analytics / Dashboard
Under configuration of an Analytics report, the width of the columns is now saved, so that when viewing a report grid on Dashboard, the same layout will be used.
Excel import
If an Excel sheet with file references was imported, a new copy of the documents were created each time you imported, even though the file hadn't changed. Is corrected.
Jobs
If a job group which required item usage was used on a job, then it was not possible to see the reason why you couldn't finalize the job. Is corrected.
If documents was attached to a job history on a main job, then it was not possible to finalize the job if it had been previously finalized and reopened. Is corrected.
Other corrections
If you changed options to calculate stock value based on FIFO, it had no effect. Is corrected.

General
Support for keyboard navigation has been improved.
Tab/shift+Tab can be used to navigate to next/previous field or button.
Esc can be used to remove focus in a field. In search dialogs esc will close the dialog.
Enter can be used to select an action, e.g. execute a search.
Arrow up/down can be used to navigate in dropdowns and grids.
Space can be used to select rows in grids.
Arrow left/right can be used to select Tabs, e.g. in filters.
In the side menu the arrow keys can be used to navigate up/down and expand/collapse sub items. Enter/Space chooses a menu item.
Forms
It is now possible to insert a table in the print template for Forms, such that images attached to a form is shown on the printout.
The functionality to generate a Print template contains example on how the table should be constructed in Word.

When adding or removing content to a dashboard page, the page was saved, even though you later pressed Cancel instead of save. Is corrected.
Error and validation handling on Options screen has been improved.

In JobRequest a warning is now displayed if you accidently clicks on "Create Job" instead of "Create" button when creating a job based on a Job Request.

When editing data in reference grids, links are now disabled, so it is possible to click on the cell you want to edit without being redirected to another page.

We found a bug with the INEXTIA app that can cause Forms to now show up on the device. The error is corrected and sites have been updated.
It requires a synchronization of data before the Forms can be used in the app if you have been affected by the bug.
In Settings - About in the app, app version will be 515.57.0 and INEXTIA version 5.15.57.3 when the correction has been applied.

Certificate
The Certificate screen stopped answering if you created a new certificate and attached an image file. Is corrected.
Dashboard
When creating Dashboard content, it is now possible to set a Date field for filtering. When the dashboard is shown you can change the time frame for data based on the selected field.
In Fleet Management you can also adjust the list of units in a unit filter.
It is now possible to make stacked diagrams in Dashboard.
Dashboard would redirect to forbidden if you had an Analytics Report view on a User Defined Analytics Template. Is corrected.
If dashboard is shown in full screen, the drill down icons are no longer shown.
Job Requests
It was not possible to search for similar Job Requests when some drop down fields were empty. Search was not triggered when selected a drop down value. Is corrected.
We had a few places on the screen where you fill out Job Requests that didn't look correct after layout improvements. Is corrected.
Job History
Searching for Items on a Job History is now with offset in the items related to the Job and Component.
Job List
In some cases, where a job was selected in Maps view in the Job List, and you changed to e.g. Details view, then you got an error that the Job List had no jobs. Is corrected.
Sometimes jobs was not shown if you changed to the Maps view in the Job List. Is corrected.
Other corrections
The Translation screen could have a mix of languages used on buttons and fields. Is corrected.
There was a large white space in the dialog to configure the task list. Is corrected.
The task list produced an error if one of the Certificate nodes was selected in the configuration. Is corrected.
If you deleted an unused field in base data on a system with many components, it could take a long time. Is improved.
The Print button in the overview grid for Purchase Orders was always disabled. Is corrected.
Export of documents to a zip file could sometimes fail without providing a proper error message to the end users. Is corrected.
API documentation in Swagger had become very slow to load. Is improved.
Improved stability as we now monitor running sites outside support hours, and can restart a site automatically if any problems occur.

Dashboard
It is now possible to generate a link for a dashboard page, that can be set up to run on a shared office screen without requiring login.
Pivot settings and graphs are now localized depending on the current users language.
Single value content in the dashboard would always show the value 0 even if the analytics report behind returned data.
Coloration of Pie chars was only working on new graphs. Is corrected.
Document Management
It is now possible to export several documents from the document overview to a zip file.
In was not possible to select Document Types in Fleet Management. Is now corrected.
Preview in the document tree did not always work. Is corrected.
Forms
Analytics Templates based on Form Templates had fields not available on screen. Is corrected.
Info Text fields which are tagged to a value, is now included when you generate an Analytics Template for Forms.
User Management
It is now possible to limit a usergroup on which other usergroups it is allowed to set on users. Can be used to give limited rights to create and edit users.
Excel Import
Excel Import is improved, now the order of Components in the sheet is no longer important.
Excel import is more forgiving to data in cells now being formatted as the expected data type.
Component
When searching for a Component, e.g. when creating a Job, it is now possible to select using the tree structure.
Other corrections
It is now possible to filter on Template on the Analytics Report overview.
The "Reset Selection" button was broken in filters. Is corrected.
The button to Reset Filters was never active. Is corrected.
Measure Unit could not be edited in Site Management. Is corrected.
It was not possible to copy an Item marked as critical. Is corrected.
If a parent component had more than 20 characters in the name, it could not be set. Is corrected.

Mesaurement and Counters
It is now possible to read Measurements and Counters on mobile devices without having the app installed.
If you open INEXTIA in a browser on your device, the two screens have been optimized to smaller screens.
Forms
It is now possible to create an Analytics Template based on a Form Template, and subsequently do Analytics Reports on data entered in the forms.
This makes it possible to report and analyze Forms data and show it on dashboards.
Job Requests
It was not possible to add or edit values in dropdowns on Job Request Templates. Is corrected.
Logbook
Component structure and Location fields has been added on Logbook overview grid.
Dashboard
It is now possible to define colors to different values on the Pivot charts.
You now only have to enter a name for Dashboards and Pages, the unique ID is autogenerated.
It was possible to choose Analytics reports you couldn't run for Dashboards. Is corrected, so it is only possible to select your own Analytics reports when configuring content.
Documents
It is now possible to adjust settings so Document No is no longer autogenerated when creating/editing documents from the Document screen.
Excel Import
Excel Import performance is improved, so it is faster to improve large spreadsheets.
Other corrections
When adjusting GPS coordinated on Component or Job and search for an Address, INEXTIA now puts a marker immediately.
An error will now be shown instantly if you enter an existing no on new data.
On Formtemplateoverview a tooltip is now displayed if the name is too long to be visible.
Display has improved if a lot of filters are active on a search.
It was not possible to edit Item Locations if parent location was set. Is corrected.

New looks
The INEXTIA user interface has been updated.
The change gives room for more data on screen and a clearer connection between data, title, and buttons for a field.
Screens and search dialogs are adjusted which gives a more clean expression across screens.
Search fields stand out clearer.
And a range of other adjustments.
Login
Several users has experienced to be redirect too often to login screen.
Is improved, but can still occur.

Jobrequest
Due to an error in Jobrequests it was not possible to upload images. Is corrected.
Dashboard
Dashboard now supports drill down on customer specific Analytics Templates.
Dashboard content with a calculated value showed an error if the Analytics report had no data. Is corrected.
Drilldown on pie-charts in Dashboard was not working. Is corrected.
Custom Analytics Reports no longer outputs the system fields Guid and UnitGuid.
Forms
If you tried to delete a page from a Form Template, only the last field on the page was deleted. Is corrected.
An error occurred if you tried to navigate to the print template on a Form Template. Is corrected.
Tree structure
It is now possible to define the sort order of Components in the Tree strucure.
When returning to the Tree Structure, the tree now automatically scrolls to the element that was previously selected.
Procurement
Job and Item no. is now shown on positions in the dialog to receive items on a Purchase Order.
When sending a Purchase Order to a supplier it was possible to attach documents from other Purchase Orders. Is corrected. Now only documents from the actual Purchase Order is available.
Other corrections
It is now possible to import documents of the type Link in Excel import.
The Welcome page where user create their initial password is now shown in the language set on the User.
If you are creating new data, and the no you enter is in use, you now get a hint message immediately.
You can now search with free text on screens with combined list of users and roles. E.g. approvers for Forms.
In the supplier reference table on Items all address entries was shown, but you got an error if the chosen Address was not a supplier. Is corrected so only suppliers are shown in the list.
Overview grids could end in a state where it never got any results. And it was not possible to change the search. Is corrected, now an error message will be displayed if the search fails to complete.
Sometimes viewing a job with no triggers could produce an error in the tree structure. Is corrected.
Search dialogs on tablet got a darker tone if you opened Filters. Is corrected.
The sort arrow shown in grids is adjusted so all grids have the same direction when ascending/descending.
If you search for "No" in customer specific checkboxes on Component or Logbook Event, all was not found. Is corrected.
It is now possible to adjust the column width on the overview grid by double clicking on the edge of the header.

Azure Active Directory integration
It is now possible to configure INEXTIA so user must authenticate through Azure Active Directory to get access.
This makes it possible to enable MFA and Single Signon, and that access can be revoked from Azure.
Contact your Project Manager if you want to enable this.
Fleet Management
The screen Document classes was not in the menu, so it was not possible to share documents with specific units. Is corrected.
Change Component on job search filter could only search Contains. Is corrected.
Excel import had an error if you reviewed Jobs in step 3. Is corrected.
It was not possible to delete saved joblists. Is corrected.
Dashboard
Dates on dashboards was in some cases shown in IS0-8601 format. Is corrected so it complies to the Locale on the users language.

If you deleted a previously finalized jobhistory on a main job with related jobs, the jobhistories for the related jobs was not correctly deleted. And subsequently you got an error when re-activating the main job. Is corrected.

For some customers label print did not work. Is corrected.
Job overview table got stuck if you searched for active trigger type, without having active trigger type as visible column. Is corrected.

It is now possible to define a Measurement Trigger from a prediction using a trend calculation on the measurement.
This new functionality makes it possible to do Predictive Maintenance based on measurements.

Tables in forms.
New fieldtype is added to Forms, which makes it possible to insert a table into a form, which the user then can fill out.
You can defined columns, mandatory values, and predefined data in the tables.
Fleet management
Improved handling of Customer defined layouts in Fleet Management.
Improved handling of inactive units. Data on Inactive units are readonly, and you should get a valid error message if you try to update data on inactive units.
It was not always possible to delete Postponement Reasons from the overview grid. Is corrected.
Link to edit Print template on a Form Template did not work in Fleet Management. Is corrected.
Excel Import
It is now possible to enter FormTemplateNo, activation and completion values in Excel Import of Jobs.
Certificate
It is now possible to see attached notification settings from the Certificate Group screen.
Job relations
It was possible to delete the Job history from a main job, which deactivated the main job, but not the sub jobs. Leaving the main job in a locked state. Is corrected.

It was not possible to change the order of values in customer defined dropdown fields on Component and Logbook screen. Is corrected.
On the job screen, focus changed to Job Ni when a valid component no was entered, even though you wasn't dont entering data. Is corrected.
If you from the Component overview had links to a Component No that existed on multiple units, then the link didn't always work. Is corrected.
The Component screen did not show data in reference grids if Component No had special characters. Is corrected.

Dashboard - new module
It is now possible to create dashboards within the task list with data presented in various formats.
It is possible to show graphs, numbers, traffic lights, data tables, documents, etc. on a dashboard.
You can also supply links to a Power BI graph, and get data presented inside INEXTIA.
Data for dashboard is primarily based on Analytics reports.
It is possible to drill down into data on a dashboard, and navigate e.g. to a specific job directly from within the dashboard.
Mobile layout
Pages to create and change password, login as well as the page for forgotten password has become mobile-friendly so they are easier to use on a mobile device.
Component
It is now possible to enter Responses on a Component
Excel Import
Excel Import would create a defect Excel workbook if you had a custom Component property dropdown field with too many options. Is corrected.
Excel Import could in some cases remove data from fields if a value in the Excel sheet was formatted as an empty text instead a completely empty cell. Is corrected.
Procurement
It is now possible to set Currency on an Item
It is now possible to set default Currency in Options
Fleet Management
In Fleet Management version of INEXTIA it was not possible to reopen Job histories. Is corrected.

Certificate - new module
New module available to handle Certificates.
In the Certificate module it is possible to register and administer Certificates.
Certificates are registered with a location and a group.
Rules for notifications and expiry warnings can be configured each group.
Forms
Heading fields was not shown when filling out of form.
It is no longer possible to edit related Formtemplates on an activated job.
It was only posisble to choose between the first 25 List of Values in the Forms designer. Is corrected.
It required read userrights to Form List of Value template, if you had to fill out a form. Is corrected, so you only need List of Value Template userrigts if you design Form Templates.
It was possible to edit images on approved forms. This is no longer possible.
