Defect jobs

Defect / Breakdown jobs are essentially a "One-time job," but what makes this type special is that the job:

• Automatically gets a job group assigned, if this is configured.
• Gets its own list in the "Job" menu.

This makes them easier to distinguish from other jobs and simplifies generating statistics on Defect jobs.

When "Defect Job" is selected, the next date is automatically set to today's date, just like with one-time jobs. Additionally, "Defect Job" is checked off.

When the job is created a special label (DEFECT) is displayed next to the job name.

After this, it is possible to see the job on the "Defect Job" screen under "Jobs" in the side-menu.

If there is a need to also use a job group for these types of jobs, it can be selected in "Options."

This can, for example, be used if a specific form needs to be linked to all Defect jobs - simply attach the form to the job group and set the job group as the default for Defect jobs.
