Keyboard shortcuts

If you press "." while the focus is on the top menu in INEXTIA, a list of available shortcut keys for the screen will appear — the shortcuts vary from screen to screen.

If you hold "," + a chosen shortcut key, that shortcut action will be activated.

• M  (Menu)
• N  (Create new)
• S  (Save)
• C  (Cancel)
• E  (Edit)
• D  (Delete)
• X  (Export)
• P  (Print)
• T  (Show in tree)
• "."  (Open list of possible actions)
• "," + "Shortcut key"  (Direct shortcut action)

Job

• A  (Activate)
• F  (Finalize)
• C  (Create purchase order)

Navigation

• TAB  (Move to next active field)
• SHIFT + TAB  (Move to previous active field)
• Esc  (Leave field/dialog)
• Space or Enter  (Open) 

Grid view

• "Arrow up"  (Navigate up)
• "Arrow down"  (Navigate down)
• Space  (Choose list item)
• Shift + Click  (Select range of list items)
• Ctrl + Click  (Select/Deselect item)

Purchase order

• R  (Receive items)

Note: Since the shortcut keys depend on the top menu, it must be in focus. This means, for example, that you have clicked on an empty field in the top menu.
