Edit screen layout on overview grids
It is now possible to save grid layouts and share them with the rest of your organization.
This makes it possible to define a company standard for which columns are shown by default.
Configuring layouts requires the user to have the Customer Screen Layout user right.
Forms
You can now add to a Form Template whether it should by default be completed upon activation or completion of a Job.
This helps ensure that the setup is correct when the form template is added to a job, job group, or job history.
If two fields had the same name, differing only by a space or another special character, the creation of a Custom Analytics template would fail. This has now been fixed.
Analytics
It is now possible to select from a list which screen drill down should direct to on Custom Analytics Templates.
Other corrections
If you had created a Job based on a Logbook event, neither Job nor Event could be deleted. Is corrected, now Job can be deleted, and then the Event.
If a document was added to e.g. a Job, and you chose the wrong Document Type, then it was not possible to search for another Document Type. Is corrected.
The dialog that shows when pressing punctuation mark has been improved.
Shared dashboards sometime failed in displaying documents. Is corrected.
Progressbar when uploading a document did not always update. Is corrected.
If a Unit was chosen in the global unit selector, it was not possible to delete Items. Is corrected.
When sharing a job list, the owner previously needed to have “Available in app” enabled for it to appear in the app. This has now been fixed.
When choosing components from Tree Structure, the tree was not sorted correctly. Is corrected.
When searching for Parent Group in Unit Group screen you would get an error. Is corrected.
