Creating unplanned jobs and maintenance tasks from the app is also possible. These are often referred to as error messages, crashes, breakdowns and the like.
A new job can be created from the home page or from a specific job list by pressing the + button in the upper right corner of the screen. By doing so, the following screen will appear:
The current state of the job is now to be chosen. When choosing “The Job is not finalized yet”, a job is created to be carried out in the future. When clicking “The Job is finalized”, the same procedure is followed as when a job is activated in the job list, as shown in the “Carrying out jobs in the app” article.
In this example, “The Job is not finalized yet” is chosen.
The following screen will now show, requesting information about the job:
Fields containing a red * symbol are required in order to create the job. The app will always require you to fill out which component the job is concerning.
To select the component you can QR scan it by clicking on the QR symbol or search for it in the app by clicking on arrow. When searching for the component, the following screen will show:
To search for the component, click on the search field or QR scan the component. Then choose the component.
Go back to the job after the component is chosen. The job can now be created by clicking the “Create Job” button.
It can be helpful to add multiple information to the job, e.g. the Next Date, Job Name and Job Text.
The person or the team who are to carry out the job can be added by clicking on “Resources”. This will take you to the following screen where it is possible to search for and select the desired person or team.
To view all registered resources in INEXTIA, click on the search field and press enter. Now chose the desired person or team that should carry out the job. When chosen, press the arrow to return to the job. The job will now look like this:
To add pictures to the job, click on “Documents”. Existing pictures on your mobile phone or tablet can now be uploaded or you can take a new picture, using the camera on your device. When the desired resources and documents has been added, create the job by clicking on the “Create Job” button.
