In addition to the INEXTIA website, you can also manage your maintenance from the INEXTIA app.
The app can be used on tablet and smartphone. In addition, the app also allows you to use INEXTIA offline.
The configuration guide will show when opening the app for the first time.
Click on the ”Next” button.
The following screen will show after the configuration guide. Type in the following details:
- The server address is the same as the INEXTIA URL address that is used on your PC (without https://).
- Your login (same as on your PC).
- Your password (same as on your PC).
- Turn on Use HTTPS
- Click on the “Next” button.
The app will now synchronize with INEXTIA. This synchronization can take a couple of minutes, as data are collected from all components, items and the like. When the synchronization is finished, the app will direct you to the job list page.
Before you start using the app, it is important that you have user rights to it. The user right to use the app is granted in INEXTIA by the administrator of INEXTIA in your company. This user right is needed to log in to the app and for it to work optimally.
