Change password

Your password can be changed in two ways:

• The password can be changed when logged on
• The password can be changed from the login screen in case you forgot it.

Change password

When logged in, click on the user icon in the upper right corner.

Then click on “Reset password”.

This will generate an e-mail that will be sent to the e-mail address registered to your account.

Click on the “GENERATE NEW PASSWORD” button in the e-mail, as seen above.

Next, write your new password twice and click on the “SEND” button.

You will now be transferred back to INEXTIA.

Forgot password

If you forgot your password, press the “Forgot password?” link on the login screen.

This will send you to a new page, where your e-mail address is to be filled out.

When clicking on the “SEND” button, you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
