Forms can also be used in the INEXTIA app where you will have the same opportunities for the form to appear before and after job activation. To fill out a form attached to a job, find the job in the job list.
The job will look different depending on how the attached form is setup to behave:
If no functions are added to the form, the job can be activated and finalized without filling out the form. | Filling out the form before activating the job: If the “Fill out Forms” button is showing before activating the job, the job cannot be started before the form is filled out, sent and approved. |
Filling out the form after activating the job: If the “Fill out Forms” button is showing after activation the job, the form has to be filled out before it is possible to finalize the job. |
When the job has been chosen, a preview of the form can be seen under the “Forms” section. In this example, the job must be activated before filling out the form is possible.
When activating the job, a button with the text “Fill out Forms” will show with a red sticker on it. This means that the form is mandatory to fill out before the job can be finalized.
When trying to finalize the job before the attached form has been filled out, the following warning will show:
Click on “OK”.
Next, click the “Fill out Forms” button.
The form is now ready to be filled out. If any fields are marked with *, this means that the field is mandatory to fill out. When the form has been filled out, click on the “SUBMIT” button in the bottom of the screen.
The app will now ask you to confirm that you want to submit the form. If that is the case, click on “Yes”.
After submitting the form, the app will direct you back to the job. The job can now be finalized if all mandatory fields have been filled out. To finalize the job, click on the “Finalize Job” button. The app will now ask you to fill out the date on which the job was finalized. Today’s date is set as a standard. Click on the “FINALIZE” button when the right date has been chosen.
