Job requests are linked to a created job, and the content of the job request can be viewed by clicking on it. Through references on the request fields it is possible to control where the fields content should be transferred to on a newly created job. An example could be the name of the new job being what is typed in the “Name” field in the job request and that remarks should be transferred to the job text.
It is also possible to let the user refer directly to components in INEXTIA. If Component No. is chosen in the reference list and then clicking on “Edit Drop Down elements” it is possible to add lists of components to the list of elements. The text shown to the user can be the name of the component or a different text.
On the screenshot below, a job is created based on a job request template where the job name and component is automatically added based on what was filled out in the job request. A run-once trigger will automatically be added for today’s date. This can be changed if needed.
