Stock in the INEXTIA app

The Stock module is an add-on purchase to INEXTIA

The purpose of the module in the app is to easily manage stock on the go. The module makes it possible to stocktake, write up or write down single items.

Stocktake and writing stock up or down

When accessing Stock from the side menu, the app will show all the warehouses belonging to the unit. Chose the warehouse from which you want to stocktake an item or write the item’s stock up or down. When looking for specific items, you can use the search box or QR scan the QR code belonging to it.

When choosing a warehouse, all the items belonging to it will show. If items are placed on specific locations in the warehouse, such as on a rack, these items will show when clicking on the location. The location can have further sublocations, such as a shelf on a rack, on which there can be additional items located.

Each item is described with a number and name, the warehouse it belongs to and the current stock. Choose the item which you would like to manage.

On the next screen, choose whether you would like to stocktake, write up or down the item. When stocktaking, the app changes the amount to the inputted value. When writing up or down, the app adds or subtracts the inputted value to the current stock.

In this example, 20 litres of truck oil is added to the stock:

The current stock is 80 litres. Click on “Write up” and then add the quantity you want to write the stock up with. A description can be added as well. Next, click on “Save”.	The screen will now show the new stock value. If you would like to move around the different items, use the “Previous” or “Next” button. To go back to the warehouse, use the button.
